I think all of these so called updates are fake

and some of the reply are also one guy said, wow the great improvement on TV!  Liar

I received the update for email and tv, no others. But under the FUN tab I noticed when you click ADD there is a new icon for MySpace.

Email still doesn't auto recieve, never has for me. Hotmail and Comcast POP accounts.

Web freezes when I try to view this site.

TV picture is awful, was much better on the Touch that I returned for this.

My email also hasn't worked correctly since the first update. Where it used to arrive in seconds/minutes, now it sometimes takes hours. This recent email update has not fixed it. I would like an update to fix what the first update screwed up.

I don't know what the changes to SprintTV were. I had given up on it long ago. Now I watch it on my wife's M520. The picture is smaller, but it's a lot cleaner and doesn't skip near as much. I checked out the NFL network after the update. Still blocky, still skips, audio STILL out of sync.

I've been defending Sprint and this phone since June 20, hoping the update would fix the minor bugs. So far, it seems as though for a lot of people the updates have no effect or are making the phone worse.

Figure this out, Sprint. 

I cancelled the email upgrade when it asked if I wanted to upgrade because my signal was really bad. I have better signal strength now, how do I get the upgrade now?

As you have noticed, the application updates for the Instinct were turned on recently.  We are pushing updates to improve your experience with Picture Mail, the web browser, Sprint TV and Radio, Sprint Navigation, Sprint Email, Sprint Music Store, Visual Voicemail and Mobile Sync.

Not all apps are updating at the same time – but we have released the ‘go’ signal to the vendors. As you run each app, you will be prompted to upgrade – all the upgrades will be over the air.   We’ll keep you posted as new information comes out about this and future updates to your Instinct phone.

None of the above is new information that has not been posted here before.  Doesn't even bother to mention what app updates have already pushed, much less what was updated.

What was this point of this thread?  To consolidate some of the rumors, speculation and confusion?  Absurd.

Why is it all such a big secret? 

Who knows, in all this confusion, if this has already been posted... but I just got an update to my news app.  It was automatic when I launched the app.

I have no idea what this fixed and I'm sure Sprint isn't going to tell us.
