can not snyc OWA

When I first got my phone a couple of months ago I was able to sync OWA with no problem. The one day it magically stopped working. I tried to remove the account and add it again but I've never been able to get it sync'd again. My boss who has the same phone is also having problems with it however my coworker has it on his ipod touch with no problems. I've called IT and they say they have not changed anything so I have no clue what to do next.

 

I've tried two URL's and both give me the same error message: 

 

https://mailtor.ttslnet.com/exchange and https://mailtor.ttslnet.com/exchweb/bin/auth/owalogon.asp?url=https://mailtor.ttslnet.com/exchange&reason=0 

 

once I put my user/pass in and it tries to connect it comes back and says "unable to establish a connection to your outlook web access account using the username, password and server address you entered. Please use a PC web browser to log in to your account, then enter the same account settings on your phont to complete setup."

 

the one thing I have noticed is if I try to access  https://mailtor.ttslnet.com/exchange through firefox it tells me the certificate is bad however the other link works fine in firefox. Not sure if that may be the cause of the problem or not.

Well, looking at your cert it still says its valid and not expired. From what I can see your configuration looks fine. If you want to private message me your email address I can help you a bit futher.

Iam having the same problem. Is their any generic solution for this issue? I have tried resettign the e-mail on the phone entering the full URL as I see it when I enter it. I am trying to get to mymail.allstate.com Is This is all I should have to type to get to the site? I have tried with the HTTP and HTTPs but get nowhere. This is getting old.

check with bdroad. He works for seven, the company that made the e-mail program. He did some tests on my phone and found the problem but it looks like something IT has done locally, not the phone itself.
