Day 12 - Still no Pocket Express news videos
Going on day 12 now... Pocket Express videos still not working. Is anyone even working on this?

I'm going on day 163 now.....
For those that dont want to count, thats since June 20th.
They have NEVER worked :(

For those of you who have never had access to this service you are paying for, I recommend you contact Sprint and demand a credit. There's no reason you should receive $15-$25 credit for each month that you have gone without the service.
When my current billing cycle end, I will be calling Sprint for my credit. I will continue to do so each billing cycle until the instinct delivers the services I am paying for.

Both of them give me the same "Error in Communication" message, and have for almost 2 weeks now. MR4 related? Who the hells knows anymore. I think Sprint owes ALL of us a nice credit for all the things we are(and have been) paying for since June 20 that have not ever worked, and/or for all the intermittent outages of one service or another. Has anyone ever had EVERYTHING on this phone working all at the same time? I'm gonna go with 'no'.

Today I called Tech Support in reference to the Pocket Express error. She said that there was an outage and don't have a time of repair. When I asked her about the news video not playing. She basically said that all she could do was replace my phone. I said this is a known software issue that been happening for a couple of weeks. She said that when there is a software issue, the only thing you can do is exchange my phone. WHAT????? I had to ask again because I'm thinking she's talking about Hardware issues not software. She said software again.
To make a long story short. I had to get off the phone because It was going nowhere fast. She did tell me about a "new" update coming out. It's called MR-4
YEA, see what I mean?
I did explain that was last month and that the Tv issue would be addressed this month.

Yeah, you will get nowhere FAST talking to CSR about this issue. I had to spend 5 minutes explaining what Pocket Express is to the last CSR I got. Ughhh! They have nothing in their problem database about it either. SarahKS from this forum explained to me that it's probably not in the database because it's a vendor issue. She also told me that it is indeed a known issue and the vendor (Handmark) is working on a fix. Yay!!! If I hear anything, I will post it, unless Will or Sarah beat me to it.

...And we continue paying for our Simply Everything Plan and not fully getting for what we're paying. I wonder if Dan really uses those Instinct phones that he appears holding in the Sprint commercials.

A long time ago in a far away galaxy, I do remember seeing some of the news videos on my Instinct. It did work back then.
